If you are reading this, I’d like to start with a huge THANK YOU! HarmonE Gifts has been a work in progress for the last few years. It started with an Ebay store, then multiple Etsy stores, and now we are extremely excited to launch our very own web store. With the fees and red tape associated with other online selling venues, it had become increasingly difficult to be found and make a decent living any longer. Between the restrictions, competition and poor customer service offered by these other selling platforms, we were struggling to keep our head above water. Well, now we have our own corner of the internet and we are free to do whatever we please here. Let me tell you what you can expect from us.
- Top quality products, sourced from all over the globe. (We won’t sell anything that we wouldn’t love to have ourselves.)
- The lost art of great customer service regardless of how you reach out to us. (We offer live support via email, text and phone.)
- Custom product creation from your ideas or pictures to an actual physical product. A real person will help design your product and work with you till you are 100% satisfied.)
- Many of our products are made by us, on site. Other items are made by printing companies if we do not have the ability or the capacity to do it ourselves. But rest assured, we are strong believers of quality and will do whatever needs to be done to fix any problems you may have if an order is not manufactured perfectly.
This was supposed to be a tiny introduction post. I guess I’m a little excited and passionate about our new business.
I hope you will check back often to see what new items we have added. Since we are just starting this site, it may be a bit before we get all of our products from our many different online stores all under this roof. But the wait will be worth it once you see the amazing selection of items we have to offer.
